FAQ About Repairs

1. Why should I repair?
Purchasing a new appliance can be frustrating and expensive. Our technicians are here to help get your appliance up and running as soon as possible.

95% of all repairs cost less then a new machine, and in the end you will save time and money.

2. Cost to repair versus buying new?
Buying new can be costly, prices on metal and goods have increased on the past years and unfortunately passed on to consumers. Add in the cost of installation, delivery, removal and local sales tax you can easily go over your budget.

3. I was told I need a New Appliance / It’s not worth fixing?
If your appliance is deemed not repairable there could be a combination of problems. Major parts damaged, general wear and tear, and the age of the machine. Our technicians will evaluate all these factors and give you their recommendation. There are some major parts, such as the main bearing on a front loading washer, that can’t be replaced on certain brands.

Example – Front loading washers have issues with main bearing assemblies after 5-7 years of use. For most brands, it is less costly to buy new, then to replace these parts.

4. Warranty of repair?
We currently offer a 90- Day warranty of parts and labor. Should the same issue reoccur within the warranty period we will come out and repair the issue.

5. Where can I get a new appliance from?
If you call our office we can recommend a local company that offers fair prices and personal service.

What People Are Saying About Us

Hands down the nicest repair people i have ever dealt with. My tenant’s fridge blew last night, and although I thought it was likely the compressor and I was out a fridge, they managed to fix it for significantly less than the cost of a fridge.  And, they did it same day! Thanks!!!
